Merchant Risk Analyst

Role Overview: As a Merchant Risk Analyst at noon, your main responsibility will be to investigate sellers proactively and on an ad-hoc basis. You will collaborate with the Commercial, Seller Ops, and other Risk team members to solve seller-related issues. Taking ownership of investigating cases and drawing logical conclusions by creating Root Cause Analysis (RCAs) will be a key part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Investigate sellers proactively and on an ad-hoc basis. - Collaborate with Commercial, Seller Ops, and other Risk team members. - Take ownership of investigating cases and create Root Cause Analysis (RCAs). Qualifications Required: - Graduate/post-graduate degree. - E-commerce background with experience in Catalog/Merchant Risk teams preferred. - Experience in ticketing systems is a plus. - Stay up to date with industry best practices. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Working knowledge of MS Office and Google suite products. - SQL knowledge is beneficial.
