You will be responsible for managing capacity planning and client handling for a domestic BPO process in Kolkata. The role requires excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. You should be proficient in scheduling based on workload methods and Erlang-C, as well as have detailed knowledge of capacity or manpower planning. Experience in PCM & FTE billing is essential, and candidates from Telecom or E-commerce backgrounds are preferred. If you are currently a Team Leader, a minimum of 2 years of experience is required. For candidates at the Assistant Manager level, at least 1 year of experience is necessary. You will be expected to lead a team of 5-10 members and should have prior experience in client handling for capacity calls. This is a full-time position that requires working from the office 6 days a week during general day shifts. Individual contributor roles are not considered for this position.,
