Job Description

Role Overview: As a Lead in the local seasonal Go-To-Market (GTM) process, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration across merchandising, planning, marketing, and commercial functions. Your key focus will be partnering with SAMEA Merchandising Operations and Global Brand Operations to implement and manage new GTM calendars, processes, and milestones. You will oversee local GTM milestones, create standardized tools, and ensure that the merchandising teams execute with clarity and timeliness. Additionally, you will be in charge of proto/sample ordering, tracking, and rotation across markets to enable smooth seasonal execution. Your role will also involve owning the MGP and working closely with sourcing, finance, and merchandising teams to ensure the timely sign-off of the season MGP. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the local seasonal GTM process by integrating merchandising, planning, marketing, and commercial functions. - Partner with SAMEA Merchandising Operations and Global Brand Operations to implement and manage new GTM calendars, processes, and milestones. - Manage local GTM milestones, create standardized tools, and ensure timely execution by merchandising teams. - Oversee proto/sample ordering, tracking, and rotation across markets for seamless seasonal execution. - Own the MGP and collaborate with sourcing, finance, and merchandising teams to ensure timely sign-off. - Drive process improvements, workflow optimization, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives within scope and budget. - Track and report on product performance, product execution, and market outcomes. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in merchandising operations, MIS operations, or planning. - Strong knowledge of merchandising processes and GTM calendar execution. - Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in fast-paced, complex environments. - Skilled in balancing strategic priorities with operational execution and problem-solving. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience influencing diverse stakeholders. - High energy, adaptable, and passionate about the Levis brand. - Driven to win, bringing urgency, accountability, and clarity to processes and deliverables.
