Merchandising Manager-Symphony (Jewellery)

As a Merchandising Management System Developer at our company, you will be responsible for the conceptualization, development, and deployment of the merchandising management system (Onebeat). This system plays a crucial role in managing merchandise investments totaling over 15000Crs. Your primary focus will be on driving the right assortment mix at the L1L2 Tanishq stores, establishing processes, and policies to achieve business goals related to inventory turns, ageing, and profitability improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Customize Onebeat features according to business requirements - Implement attribute-based replenishments and flexible AGs - Drive key merchandise management processes, including: - Deployment of Dynamic Product Lifecycle Management for SKUs - Implementing Never out of Stock & Best Seller deployment for stores - Managing Seasonality and New Product Introduction - Ensuring profitability by replenishing the right mix of products to the store - Deploying attribute-based replenishment solutions - Implementing Dynamic Norm and Buffer Management solutions - Developing inventory controls and optimization solutions - Reviewing and deploying process improvements for Interstore transfer and Model stock Management - Universe Rationalization - Drive Process Automations by identifying and automating manual processes: - NOOS & Best Sellers Tagging & Untagging - Rotation Process - Model Stock Management - Master Management - Indent Operation Mode Changes - IBD Process Setups - End-to-end Automation of L&R Process - Drive Inventory Operations by: - Deploying Dashboards for the Inventory Team - Providing training and handholding for new stores/ Regional Merchandisers on OneBeat System - Generating daily indents and mapping them with available inventory for daily replenishment - Engaging with SCM, Inventory, and IT teams to ensure daily operations support - Identifying Buffer Variants - Continuous Improvements: - Identify, propose, and deploy the next steps in the evolution of the Merchandise management system based on evolving customer requirements, feedback from retail, category, SCM, and IT teams, and benchmarking against best-in-class retail players Qualifications Required: - Related experience in Inventory Management, Replenishment, or Demand Planning - Conceptual clarity on TOC Concepts - Proficiency in SQL, FoxPro, and Excel Join us in revolutionizing the way we manage merchandise investments and drive business growth through effective merchandising management systems.,
