Job Description

Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients via email; handle inquiries, updates, and order confirmations.
Follow up with production teams to ensure timely order processing and deliveries.
Maintain records of orders, timelines, and approvals using Excel/ERP.
Coordinate between clients and internal teams (production, sampling, quality).
Prepare reports and track order status for management review.

Requirements:

Graduate (preferably in Fashion/Textiles/Business).
Basic knowledge of garments and manufacturing processes.
Proficient in email communication, MS Excel, and computer operations.
Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,240.23 - ₹30,000.00 per month
