You should possess a deep understanding of fabric and design, along with hands-on experience in product development, trim sheets, pattern coordination, color matching, sampling, merchandise files, and order sheets. As an Assistant Merchandiser, you play a crucial role within the team and have the opportunity to take on responsibilities and grow in the design industry.
