Key Responsibilities: Manage goods, pack orders, and keep record of stocks and storage. Oversee safety training of material handlers with handling/transporting of hazardous materials. Identify and dispatch quality goods. Ensure proper storage of items in the warehouse. Ensure that labels for goods are updated accurately and that all goods and properties are stored in the correct location. Ensure that all receipts are processed timely.
Maintain accurate books of accounts including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations. Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements. Handle accounts payable/receivable and vendor/customer reconciliations. Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance and filings. Support audits (statutory, tax, internal) and coordinate with auditors. Ensure timely payroll processing and related compliances. Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Implement and monitor internal financial controls.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Act as the first point of contact for client queries, concerns, and order requirements. Coordinate with the operations and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling bakery products. Support marketing initiatives by engaging with customers during pop-ups, events, and in-store promotions. Ensure clients receive personalized attention and premium service aligned with the Mer Konfekt brand. Maintain accurate client records, feedback, and follow-ups to ensure repeat business. Collaborate with store teams to enhance customer experience both in-store and online.
