MEP Tendering and Design

As a Tendering Specialist, your role involves reviewing Civil, Interior, Furniture, FAS, MEP tenders in detail, including drawings and scope of work. You will be responsible for: - Floating the tender with all related documents - Preparing a comparative summary for evaluation - Ensuring closure of contracts both technically and financially within the estimated budget and specified time-frame - Preparing the project closure sheet and rate analysis for each item - Preparing annual rate contracts with a detailed scope of work - On-boarding new vendors - Acting as a single point of contact for all parties involved in a bid In the Design aspect of the role, you will collaborate with Consultants/Architects and Internal Resources to create detailed site drawings.
