MEP Technician

• Maintain and repair HVAC (air conditioning, ventilation, exhaust systems) in showrooms, workshops, and offices.
• Oversee maintenance of compressors, lifts, car washing equipment, and workshop machinery.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of all mechanical equipment.
• Monitor and maintain electrical panels, wiring, DBs, and UPS systems.
• Attend electrical breakdowns immediately to minimize downtime.
• Maintain service station lighting, showroom displays, and energy-efficient solutions.
• Support installation of EV chargers and ensure proper maintenance.
• Maintain water supply systems, drainage, and waste disposal systems.
• Repair leakages, blockages, and ensure uninterrupted water supply in the facility.
• Monitor overhead tanks, sump pumps, and pressure systems.
• Conduct routine inspections of MEP systems across facilities.
• Prepare and follow preventive maintenance schedules.
• Maintain logs and records of maintenance activities.
• Ensure all work complies with local electrical and plumbing codes.
• Support fire and safety equipment maintenance (sprinklers, hydrants, extinguishers).
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
