Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling

&

Progress Monitoring:
Develop, maintain, and update detailed MEP project schedules (baseline, look-ahead), track progress, and prepare reports.
Coordination:
Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, structural engineers, and subcontractors for seamless system integration and timely problem resolution.
Risk & Claim Management:
Identify schedule risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage delay notices and claims.
Resource Management:
Plan and monitor manpower, plant, and equipment requirements.
Procurement Support:
Manage subcontractor processes, from tendering to mobilization.
Technical Oversight:
Review contractor drawings, method statements, and site installation for compliance with design and codes.
Reporting:
Generate weekly/monthly reports, KPIs, and histograms for management and stakeholders.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Engineering degree (Mechanical or Electrical).
Experience in MEP planning within construction.
Proficiency in planning software (Primavera P6) and MS Office.
Strong understanding of construction codes, project management, and delay analysis.
