Job Description

CQRA Private Limited is looking for an experienced MEP Manager to join our dynamic team! Location: Pune Experience Required: 13+ years Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech. Mechanical / Electrical Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the planning, design, and execution of all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Review and validate MEP designs, drawings, specifications, and BOQs. Oversee MEP contractors and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for MEP works. Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site issues efficiently. Manage procurement and ensure timely availability of MEP materials/equipment. Ensure all MEP installations comply with local and international standards/codes. Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management/client teams Professionals with: Proven leadership in managing end-to-end MEP works Strong coordination and problem-solving skills Experience in high-rise buildings, commercial, or infrastructure projects preferred
