BE / Diploma Mechanical or Electrical Engineering812 years of experience in FPS Sales & Tendering (Fire Protection Systems)Strong knowledge of NBC, NFPA, IS fire safety standardsExpertise in estimation & costing of wet (hydrant/sprinkler) & gas-based systemsHands-on experience with ERP/SAP toolsExcellent communication, documentation & client-handling skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Review RFQs, tender documents, fire system drawings, specs & GCC/SCC clauses
  • Prepare FPS cost estimations, BOQs & techno-commercial offers
  • Develop value engineering solutions for cost-effective delivery
  • Handle vendor quotations, negotiations & proposal documentation
  • Coordinate with design, procurement & execution teams
  • Manage costing & handovers using ERP/SAP
  • Ensure profitability through accurate pricing & margins
  • Track market trends & competitor intelligence while building strong client relations
