Role & responsibilities

Minimum Requirements
Skilled and detail-oriented MEP Draftsman to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in preparing detailed Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards and project specifications. This role requires proficiency in drafting software, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, architects, and construction teams.Key Responsibilities:Drafting and Design:Prepare detailed MEP drawings, including schematics, layouts, and plans using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).Update and revise MEP drawings based on feedback from engineers and project managers.Ensure that all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and project requirements.Coordination:Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems into overall project designs.Conduct regular meetings with project teams to review progress and address any design issues or discrepancies.Assist in the coordination of MEP installations on-site, ensuring accurate execution of designs.

Documentation:
Maintain organized records of all drawings, revisions, and documentation.Prepare and manage material take-offs, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and other project documentation as required.Assist in the preparation of technical reports, specifications, and other documentation for project submissions.

Skills:
Strong proficiency in MEP drafting and design, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, and other relevant software.Excellent understanding of MEP systems and their integration into construction projects.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and design.Should be have knowledge of each work item.Able to make Detail Shop Drawing [ Related Civil Work / Finishing Work ]Ability to interpret technical specifications, engineering drawings, and plans.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadline
