MEP Draftsman (Electrical)

We are seeking an experienced MEP Draftsman (Electrical) with strong expertise in preparing detailed electrical drawings and layouts for industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MEP coordination and drafting in AutoCAD/Revit, and the ability to translate design concepts into precise technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop electrical layouts, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and circuiting details for industrial projects.
• Coordinate with MEP teams (Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting) to ensure clash-free, accurate drawings.
• Create and update as-built drawings as per site modifications.
• Assist design engineers in producing shop drawings, schematic diagrams, and panel schedules.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and safety regulations.
• Maintain drawing documentation and version control in accordance with company procedures.
• Work closely with site engineers and consultants to resolve drawing-related issues.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (mandatory); Revit MEP experience preferred.
• Understanding of electrical systems — lighting, power, earthing, cabling, and containment.
• Familiarity with industrial and commercial project standards.
• Ability to interpret design intent and work under minimal supervision.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in MEP drafting for industrial projects.

Pay: ₹9,968.76 - ₹37,790.04 per month
