MEP Coordinator/ Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

: Facility Management

1. Oversee daily operations of the facility, including office spaces, utilities, and equipment

.2. Monitor and manage building infrastructure, such as HVAC, lighting, and plumbing systems.

3. Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all areas

Maintenance Coordination

1. Plan and supervise regular maintenance schedules

.2. Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs and upgrades.

3. Conduct periodic facility inspections to identify and address issues proactively.

Vendor and Contractor Management

1. Evaluate, negotiate, and manage contracts with suppliers and service providers

.2. Ensure timely delivery and quality of services.

3. Maintain relationships with vendors to address ongoing needs

Health, Safety, and Compliance

1. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards

.2. Conduct safety drills and training programs for employees

.3. Maintain compliance with building codes and government regulations

Space Planning and Utilization

1. Optimize space utilization based on business requirements.

2. Support office moves, seating arrangements, and workspace allocation

.3. Assist in planning for future facility expansions or relocations

.Budget Management

1. Prepare and manage facility-related budgets

.2. Track expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities

.3. Ensure efficient allocation of resources for facility operations.

Other Duties

1. Address employee concerns related to the facility

.2. Manage inventory of facility supplies and equipment

.3. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
