MEP BIM Moduler

As a BIM Model Developer, your role involves creating detailed 3D BIM models of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems using industry-standard software like Revit MEP and Navisworks. You will collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within the building design, focusing on spatial coordination and clash detection. Your responsibilities also include assisting in the design and layout of MEP systems based on project requirements, codes, and standards. Furthermore, you will conduct clash detection analysis to resolve conflicts between MEP systems and other building components, ensuring constructability and coordination. Utilizing BIM models for accurate quantity take-off and cost estimation of MEP components will be essential for project budgeting and cost control.
