Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled MEP - BIM Modeler to join our dynamic team in Nagpur, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in converting 2D CAD drawings into precise BIM models, coordinating MEP services, and contributing to international projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert 2D CAD drawings into accurate and detailed BIM models using Revit
• Coordinate MEP services and resolve design clashes using Navisworks
• Collaborate with internal and international teams to meet project goals
• Develop and support MEP shop drawings and documentation
• Ensure all work complies with project standards and deadlines

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1.5 – 2 years of proven experience in MEP modeling
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of CAD to BIM conversion workflows
• Ability to interpret and work from engineering drawings
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
