We provide top-notch mentoring, academic support, and personalized guidance. We're looking for passionate individuals with a UPSC background to join our team as a Mentor cum Student Counselor.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, schedules, and career prospects.
• Handle inquiries and provide detailed information about the academy’s offerings.
• Assist in the admission process and follow up with prospective students.
• Maintain student records and support administrative tasks.
• Build a nurturing and motivating environment for students.

• Females only
• Strong UPSC background
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for mentoring and student development
• Previous experience in counseling or education (preferred but not mandatory)
• Salary + Incentives
• Candidates from Trivandrum preferred or willing to relocate to Trivandrum

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
