Hiring: EA + Driver + All-Rounder for Director @ Tata Dealership & Startups I’m looking for a smart, reliable, full-time assistant who can drive a 4-wheeler, help me manage my Tata car dealership (West Delhi), and assist with my startup ventures in SaaS, AI, and real estate. This role is for someone who wants to grow fast, solve real problems, and work directly with a hands-on entrepreneur. Role Summary You’ll be my right hand for: Driving + Logistics: Drive me across Delhi NCR for meetings, events, and work errands (4W license mandatory) Daily Ops Management: Coordinate tasks, meetings, and follow-ups across dealership teams, customers, vendors Startup Project Support: Help me manage and execute tasks across 2–3 live tech ventures (data entry, research, documentation, coordination) Smart Task Execution: Use Google Sheets, WhatsApp, mobile apps, CRM tools, email, etc. to get things done fast Founder Assistance: Be proactive in organizing my calendar, reminders, calls, and daily to-do list Discreet Handling of Sensitive Work: From contracts to investor material to family tasks Ideal Profile Must have valid 4-wheeler license and be confident driving across Delhi NCR Strong communication skills (Hindi + basic English) Tech-savvy: Knows how to use mobile apps, WhatsApp Web, basic Excel/Google Sheets Can manage calls, coordinate with teams, follow instructions smartly Comfortable working under pressure or long hours (flexibility matters) Bonus: Knows basic coding or automation (even if via YouTube/ChatGPT) What You Get Work directly with a director handling a Tata dealership + startups Learn practical business, sales, operations, and startup building Get involved in real tech execution (even if you’re not a developer) Growth path to move into Operations, Project Management, or Chief of Staff Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,931.92 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Ability to commute/relocate: Maya Puri, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Required) Language: English (Required) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
