Memory Program Manager

Role Overview: As a Memory Program Manager at our company, your role involves understanding the program, generating timelines, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the program, generate timelines, and ensure timely delivery by communicating with stakeholders - Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide feedback on new system features - Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers - Monitor program compliance, analyze business data, and recommend operational improvements - Prepare accurate reports for the Head of Contracts and Program Performance - Motivate and empower team members to achieve their best Qualifications Required: - MBA / M.Tech in Technology Management - 4 years of experience in Memory or IC program management field Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of SI/PI, IC/Memory Package design, and Packaging process flow - Experience with embedded storage device packaging is a plus - Highly organized, self-motivated, and disciplined - Ability to work with engineers across multiple disciplines and customers of various positions - Experience working with offshore teams in a multi-national environment - Good communication skills, fit personality, young professional, focused, hardworking, and good knowledge of NAND flash package,
