Job Title: Senior Paid Media & Performance Executive Job Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Senior Paid Media & Performance Executive to lead and execute high-performing digital advertising campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, and programmatic channels. With at least 5+ years of hands-on experience, you will play a critical role in driving user acquisition, conversion, and ROI through data-driven media strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms I,ncluding Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and Programmatic DSPs - Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and audience segmentation to improve targeting accuracy and campaign performance - Manage performance budgets and ensure campaigns deliver on CPA, ROAS, and other KPIs - Analyze campaign data and performance metrics, generating actionable insights and regular performance reports - Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive messaging and impactful creatives - Own end-to-end campaign setup, from brief to launch, tracking implementation, optimization, and reporting - Identify growth opportunities, test new channels or tactics, and stay ahead of digital trends and algorithm changes - Work with tracking tools and pixels (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel) to ensure accurate data collection and conversion tracking - Provide strategic recommendations to improve user journey, landing page experience, and conversion paths Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in digital performance marketing or paid media role - Proven success managing performance budgets across Google Ads, Meta, and other digital platforms - Strong understanding of campaign analytics, performance metrics, and attribution models - Experience using platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Data Studio - Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, SimilarWeb, Looker Studio, or Tableau is a plus - Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis - Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a test-and-learn mindset - Fluent in English; other languages are a plus, depending on the market Nice to Have: - Experience with e-Commerce, mobile app campaigns, or lead-gen funnels - Familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) tools and methodologies - Experience managing programmatic campaigns via DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk) What We Offer: Opportunity to work on exciting brands and fast-scaling campaigns Data-driven, innovative, and collaborative team culture Flexible working environment and performance-based rewards
