Memento Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Memento Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing customized mementos, trophies, awards, and keepsakes that reflect client needs, brand identity, and event themes. This role requires a combination of artistic skills, technical expertise, and a passion for crafting unique, memorable designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualization & Design:
• Develop innovative and visually appealing designs for mementos, trophies, plaques, and awards.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, themes, and preferences.
• Material Selection & Prototyping:
• Suggest appropriate materials such as metal, wood, acrylic, glass, or resin based on design requirements.
• Create prototypes and mock-ups for client approval.
• Customization & Branding:
• Incorporate logos, branding, and personalized messages into designs.
• Ensure designs align with the client's brand guidelines and event themes.
• Technical Design Preparation:
• Create detailed sketches, CAD drawings, or 3D renderings for production.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are accurately translated into final products.
• Market Trends & Innovation:
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and techniques in memento design.
• Experiment with new design concepts and innovative methods to enhance product offerings.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and production teams to meet client deadlines.
• Provide input on packaging and presentation ideas for completed mementos.

Qualifications: Educational Background:

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in memento, gift, or product design.
• Experience with CAD software, 3D modeling, and/or graphic design tools.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, AutoCAD, Rhino, or similar tools).
• Strong artistic and creative abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Knowledge of production processes, materials, and finishes used in memento manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.

Preferred:

• Experience in working with laser cutting, engraving, or 3D printing.
• Understanding of branding and marketing principles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
