As the Member Experience Manager at Anytime Fitness, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the Member Onboarding Process. This includes conducting fitness consultations, identifying the most suitable combination of resources for each member, and ensuring high retention rates. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategies to enhance the member experience across various programs such as Community, Self-Directed, Group, and Personal Training. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing the onboarding process for Trainers and providing staff training as necessary. Monitoring and engaging with irregular members through various touch-points will be a key aspect of your job. Furthermore, you will be expected to create educational resources and plan engaging activities to boost member engagement.
