About the Job - This position is part of a global support team responsible for monitoring a network of remote servers that house critical information assets. - You will need to quickly analyze and resolve highly technical, critical and complex issues with the web servers and help maintain stringent uptime. Work Schedule 1) Work hours will be assigned to coordinate with other team members in America, UK and Europe. 2) The work hours will be Rotational or Fixed shift based on the requirement include weekends. - Early Morning Shift (6:30 AM to 3:00 PM) - Noon Shift (2:00 PM to 10:30 PM) - Night Shift (10:30 PM to 6:30 AM) 3) Ready to work on public holidays both US and India. Responsibilities - Investigate and diagnose to resolve technical issues related to operating systems or Melissa Data web services products and infrastructure as reported by monitors using in-house developed troubleshooting tools and widely available built-in operating system networking tools. - Work independently and report problems to third party providers if needed. Go through several troubleshooting steps and try to find a solution to the problem before escalating them to corporate IT team. - Ability to log in remotely to the corporate network, data centers or cloud instances from a computer to solve problems while keeping a high level of network security. - Report issues found (if any) including what steps were taken to diagnose the issue and the resolution that was implemented. - Help desk operation and managements, answer phone calls from customer reporting web services issues. - Ready to learn new technologies which helps for some internal projects with minimal supervision. - Take the responsibility to maintain internal networking devices, servers Show more Show less
