Remote IT Support

The position involves being part of a global support team responsible for monitoring a network of remote servers that store critical information assets. Your role will require you to swiftly analyze and resolve highly technical, critical, and complex issues with the web servers while ensuring stringent uptime. Your work schedule will be coordinated with team members in America, UK, and Europe, with rotational or fixed shifts that may include weekends. The shifts are as follows: - Early Morning Shift (6:30 AM to 3:00 PM) - Noon Shift (2:00 PM to 10:30 PM) - Night Shift (10:30 PM to 6:30 AM) You should be prepared to work on public holidays in both the US and India. Key Responsibilities: - Investigate and diagnose technical issues related to operating systems or Melissa Data web services products and infrastructure reported by monitors. - Work independently and escalate problems to third-party providers when necessary. - Remotely log in to corporate networks, data centers, or cloud instances to troubleshoot problems while ensuring network security. - Document issues, steps taken to diagnose them, and the implemented solutions. - Manage help desk operations, responding to customer calls reporting web services issues. - Willingness to learn new technologies for internal projects with minimal supervision. - Maintain internal networking devices and servers effectively.,
