Key Responsibilities: Engage in sales activities to meet revenue targets Identify and reach out to potential customers Educate healthcare professionals on dermatological/pharmaceutical products Participate in industry conferences and events Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and competitors Develop and implement sales strategies Provide after-sales support and follow-up Collaborate with marketing team for promotional activities Prepare sales reports and forecasts Conduct product demonstrations and presentations Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, or related field Proven experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven experience in sales management within the pharmaceutical or dermatology industry. Continuously assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies. Participate in industry conferences, events, and exhibitions to promote the organization's products and services. Manage and report sales activities, results, and forecasts to the senior management team. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures within the Derma Sector. Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is preferred. Proven experience in sales management within the pharmaceutical or dermatology industry. Thorough understanding of pharmaceutical sales regulations, market dynamics, and industry trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to develop effective sales plans. Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and goals. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships. Knowledge of dermatological products, treatments, and procedures is a plus. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Commitment to ethical conduct and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
