Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive Position Overview The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new business growth , strategic partnerships , and client acquisition for our Creative and AI Technology verticals. The ideal candidate is an experienced business development professional with a proven track record of generating new business within leading Creative Agencies, Marketing Consultancies, or Tech-Enabled Creative firms . This is a strategic and client-facing role that combines commercial acumen, relationship management, and an understanding of the modern marketing and technology ecosystem. Key Responsibilities New Business Development (NBD): Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across creative services and AI technology domains. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute business growth strategies aligned with the company’s vision and revenue targets. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior-level decision-makers (CMOs, Brand Directors, CTOs, Innovation Heads, etc.). Market Intelligence: Understand market trends, emerging technologies, and client challenges to offer relevant AI and creative solutions. Pitching & Proposals: Lead end-to-end business pitches — from prospecting to proposal development, presentation, negotiation, and closure. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams — Creative, Tech, Strategy, and Operations — to ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction. Revenue Growth: Drive consistent and measurable revenue growth by securing new accounts and expanding existing ones. Thought Leadership: Represent the organization at key industry forums, events, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and business opportunities. Key Requirements Experience: 7–10 years in Business Development , Account Management, or Client Servicing roles in Creative Agencies, Design Firms, or Technology/Innovation Companies . Industry Network: Strong network and relationships across marketing, advertising, creative, and tech ecosystems. Sales Acumen: Proven ability to close high-value deals and deliver on revenue targets. Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify business opportunities, understand client needs, and align them with innovative AI and creative solutions. Communication: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Technical Understanding: Awareness of AI-driven tools, digital transformation, and creative tech trends will be a strong plus.
