Role: SAP PP/MTS

Required Technical Skill Set: Good knowledge on interfaces with Legacy applications like LIMS, WMS, MES & JDA.

Responsibilities Include

• Resolve tickets and provide support as per the agreed SLAs
• Manage IT/ access requirements to meet specific needs
• Review and manage service request backlog as needed to ensure all requests are correctly prioritized, scheduled and resolved efficiently.
• Engage on any critical customer escalations and ensure customer resolution as well as post mortem analysis to avoid future breakdowns
• Host regular reviews with business personnel on status and performance and incorporate their feedback into service delivery
• Work with enterprise support groups and cross functional teams to resolve problems or issues
• Coordinates through and complies with the change management process whenever required.
• Resolves incidents and fulfills requests as needed
• Support hiring process whenever required by assessing the technical competency
• Conduct technical trainings to fellow Associates / New joiners
• Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned

Must-Have

• Strong consulting experience in SAP PP/QM
• Integration knowledge to modules like MM, FI, CO, SD is preferred. Strong configuration and design skills in SAP PP/QM. Should have experience to work on AMS Projects. Preferably functional proficiency with 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementation.
• Functional experience in production planning, capacity planning, shift planning, shop floor management, rework and Scrap management and Quality control planning
• Should be good at writing functional specifications Test scripts test cases and status reports
• Demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable number of years of Production Planning/ Quality Management t in Production Support
• Design, customize, Configure and testing of PPQM gaps, issues and work around solutions.
• Should have experience in working with Interfaces to SAP
• Should be able to work with the SAP Other Module on any kind of technical issues
• Configuration of master data and be able to guide and train the users on Business Process.
• Significant, proven customizing experience within SAP PP/QM
• Experienced in playing a major role in implementation projects
• Excellent consultancy skills and a pro-active attitude

Good-to-Have

• Self-starter and excellent communication skills in English
• Should be able to work with the SAP team on technical issues
• Should have experience in working with related workflow tools
• The candidate should be ready to work in flexible timings
• Clear understanding of the industry and competitive trends that impact your role

15 years of full-time education.
