Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated International HR Services Specialist to join our Global HR Operations team. This role is responsible for delivering seamless HR services across multiple international regions with a strong emphasis on employee experience, accuracy, and compliance. The incumbent will manage end-to-end HR administrative processes, ensure timely and error-free delivery, and act as a key liaison between employees, managers, and HR business partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow, a proven track record in HR operations, and the ability to work in a fast-paced global environment while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Administer and close probation processes for new hires, ensuring timely actions in Workday.
- Assign missing pay-groups for employees in Workday, ensuring accurate payroll alignment.
- Maintain and update employee contract notifications in Workday.
- Extend fixed-term contracts in line with policy and compliance requirements.
Letters & Documentation
- Generate, review, and deliver job change letters in Workday.
- Proofread letters and run error reports to ensure accuracy before sending to employees.
- Create and manage compensation change letters for employees.
- Support generation of employee visa letters and reference letters upon request.
Compensation & Benefits Processing
- Review and process shift allowance and on-call allowance requests in compliance with local policies.
- Audit monthly data related to time off, including negative and positive leave balances.
- Review employee time off requests and manage over-utilized time off processes.
Employee Support & Query Resolution
- Act as the first point of contact for employees, triaging and resolving HR queries via ServiceNow.
- Review and process short-term leave certification forms for specific geographies.
- Ensure employee queries are resolved with a focus on employee experience and service excellence

Quality, Compliance & Audits
- Conduct regular audits of HR data in Workday to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Maintain a strong compliance mindset while handling employee records and sensitive information.
- Provide timely reports and insights to HR leadership as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of HR Operations / Shared Services experience supporting international geographies.
- Strong expertise in Workday (core HR, letter generation, contracts, compensation, and absence management).
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and documentation standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail, proofreading, and quality control skills.
- Ability to manage high volumes of tasks while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills; ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Flexibility to work in a 24x7 support environment
- Added advantage: Experience in running Python scripts to automate employee filings, audit processes, and letter generation.
