Mega Hirning For International BPO Voice Process

Job Title

We are looking for dynamic, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to join our International BPO Voice Process team. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to international clients and providing solutions to their inquiries through voice-based communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls for international clients.
• Resolve customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
• Provide accurate product/service information, assisting with customer queries, complaints, and technical issues.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring effective issue resolution.
• Escalate issues that require further action or escalation to senior management.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call handling, customer satisfaction, and other KPIs.
• Document all customer interactions in the system.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and best practices for customer service.

Package:

Salary upto 6.5lpa (In hand 49k) 30% hike on last in hand salary

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Grad/UGrad Fresher with excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in an international BPO/Voice process environment is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage and resolve customer issues professionally.
• Proficient in using computers and navigating multiple software applications.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts, if required).
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Qualifications

• Graduate/Undergraduate candidates is plus.

Required Skills

• 1+ year of Experience in an international BPO environment.
• Knowledge of any additional language is a plus.
