Account Executive – Outreach (B2B) Location: No.114, LMS Finswell, Viman Nagar - Next to Bajaj FInserv Pune - 411014 Type: Full-time Onsite - 6pm to 3am IST Experience: 1-3 years in B2B sales, lead generation, or inside sales About the Role As an Account Executive , you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying and connecting with business owners who are open to exploring opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in outreach-driven environments, enjoys consultative conversations, and can build trust quickly. Key Responsibilities Identify and reach out to potential business owners through calls, emails, and social channels Understand their business background and assess interest in exploring Offers Gather key details to support qualification and next steps Coordinate directly with Account Manager and internal teams to ensure smooth transitions Maintain clear, timely documentation of daily outreach and lead progress What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales, client engagement, or prospecting Strong spoken English and ability to handle professional conversations Confident, self-driven, and resilient during outbound outreach Comfortable working in night shifts aligned to international markets Must have atleast 1 Year of experience in International B2B markets Achiever & Not a believer What You’ll Get Fixed salary: ₹28,000 – ₹65,000/month (based on experience) Performance-based incentives and bonuses Structured onboarding, training, and support A growing team with leadership opportunities Exposure to real-world business transactions This Job comes with a Month Paid OJT basis for which the T&C can be reviewed while on the interview There will be total 3 rounds of Interview, Patience Pays!
