MEE Plant Operation

As a Supervisor in MEE Plant Operations and Shift In charge, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the MEE plant, ensuring that they are carried out in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and defined parameters. Your duties will include managing the repairing and maintenance of the plant, making technical observations and assessments, as well as identifying and implementing improvements to enhance plant efficiency. It will be crucial for you to ensure that the plant operates smoothly and efficiently to meet production targets. To qualify for this position, you should have a B.Sc/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, you should possess 5 to 7 years of experience in Manufacturing Industries. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Preference will be given to male candidates with experience in manufacturing industries. The salary for this position ranges from 3.36 LPA to 6.00 LPA (CTC), with no additional housing or benefits provided. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Vadodara.
