Key Responsibilities: 1. Telecalling & Lead Conversion Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents to inform them about courses, schedules, and offerings. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and referrals. Convert inquiries into enrollments by understanding the student's needs and providing suitable guidance. 2. Academic Counselling Counsel students on suitable programs based on their academic background, interests, and goals. Provide accurate information regarding courses, curriculum, faculty, and learning outcomes. Guide students through the enrollment and payment process. 3. CRM & Database Management Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools. Update call status, appointment schedules, and student feedback regularly. 4. Communication & Support Respond promptly and professionally to phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person queries. Coordinate with internal departments for student-related concerns or support issues. 5. Feedback & Reporting Collect student feedback and report recurring concerns to improve service. Share daily/weekly reports on calls made, leads converted, and targets achieved.
