Meditation Center Manager

A Meditation Center Manager oversees daily operations, ensuring a serene and welcoming environment. They manage staff schedules, coordinate classes and events, and handle administrative tasks such as budgeting and inventory. They also maintain the facility, ensuring cleanliness and functionality, and address any issues promptly. The manager collaborates with instructors to develop programs that meet the needs of participants and promotes the center through marketing and community outreach. Additionally, they provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns to enhance the overall experience for visitors. Making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about the center's offerings, and encouraging them to visit or participate in meditation programs. They would also handle inbound calls, address inquiries, and potentially follow up with leads to convert them into attendees. Essentially, they act as the initial point of contact and a key driver for attracting individuals to the center.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
