Medico Marketing Excellence Lead

As the Medico Marketing Excellence Lead at AstraZeneca, you will play a crucial role in providing end-to-end support for VEEVA Led Events. This includes managing the entire process from raising, implementing, to closing events while overseeing all associated costs. Your responsibilities will also involve regular tracking and monitoring of VEEVA Events to ensure adherence to processes, documentation, and sharing updates with the team. Additionally, you will have internal interactions with various teams such as MMSE, MME, IT, Event Desk, Compliance, Marketing, Sales, and more. It is essential for you to adhere to AstraZeneca's policies, ensure compliance, and raise flags in case of any requirements. Your internal key customers will include the Medical Team, Marketing teams, MME Team, MMSE Team, Compliance Team, Legal Team, Purchase & Event Desk, Sales team, IS / IT team, HR, and Finance Teams. To excel in this role, you should have a scientific background, excellent project managerial skills, and good collaboration abilities with multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in spoken and written English is necessary, along with a strong command of MS Office applications. Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry in commercially aware business roles for at least 2 years is preferable, as well as experience in the optimal use of IT systems and process improvement.
