Key Responsibilities: Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for batches of medical coders. Develop and update training materials aligned with industry standards and compliance requirements. Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback. Stay updated with the latest coding guidelines and regulatory changes. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure training quality and consistency. Qualifications: Minimum 4+ years of experience in medical coding and training. Proven track record of handling batches independently. Strong knowledge of coding guidelines and compliance standards. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Certification in medical coding (e.g., CPC, CCS, or equivalent) is preferred.
