Job Responsibilities
Experience: 3
4 years of healthcare and life science domain Experience (Except PV Case processing)
Responsibilities
- Computer literacy and good working knowledge of MS Office
- Demonstrates determination and applies creativity in identifying and analyzing data.
- Creates clear, concise written and oral communications.
- Effectively clean and update different client databases, learning platforms and other web-based applications for consistency.
- Provides input to project plan development.
- Create and update the resource tracking sheet and status update on regular basis.
- Ensures that the team understands the client's requirements and relevant information about the work that needs to be done.
- Demonstrates good attention to details.
- Create and update work instruction asper request management system.
- Manages own workload to ensure delivery to agreed milestones.
- Provides support to team members in execution of their project responsibilities.
- Regularly updates team lead with project development and supporting team lead in managing the project.
- Proactively identifies risks to project delivery related to own workload and raises them with associated resolution actions to Project Manager
- Demonstrates commitment - work hard, be diligent, and follow through.
- Is able to clearly articulate the value of the project to the client.
- Builds rapport/ relationships with client colleagues.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
- Reviews all deliverables for accuracy and consistency before sending out to the client.
- Is able to clearly articulate Syneos Health vision, mission and core values.
Candidate Profile
- Post graduate Pharmaceutical/life science degree from top tier business institutes.
- Relevant background in pharmaceutical/healthcare domain (so that the employee can be absorbed into one of our service lines once the project is over.
Key skill requirement
- Good oral / written communication skills
- Working knowledge of basic computer applications: MS Office

Summary
This role is responsible for tracking the request management systems, maintaining External funding database, performing QC checks on IIS request and process them within platform developing other high-quality documents. The candidate needs to possess excellent analytical and communication skills (both written and verbal) and good attention to details. They should be well adept with MS Office applications.
