As a Medical Typist, your role will involve accurately transcribing, formatting, and entering medical records and reports from audio or handwritten sources into electronic health record (EHR) systems. You will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy and maintaining patient confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with medical staff to clarify information, updating patient records, managing documentation, and maintaining necessary supplies.
