Job Responsibilities:
1. To transcribe discharge summary in software (Careworks) as written by Medical officer/Registrar.
2. To transcribe operative notes, all types of procedure reports or investigation reports.
3. To transcribe death certificate prepared by medical officer and registrar.
4. To transcribe reports related to Health Check Up of different corporate.
5. To cover department duties of holidays/Sundays as per rota.
6. Any other work assigned by the management from time to time.
