Shift - Morning / Evening
Qualification = BAMS / BHMS / Any graduates with min 3 years of experience in the same field.
Job Description :
1. Ensure the accuracy of patient records for our health records system.
2. Transcribe verbal consultation into written data.
3. Collaborating closely with Physicians and other medical professionals
4. Identify and follow up on inconsistencies, errors and missing information within a transcribed report
