Job Description

In this role as a Medical Representative reporting to the Business Development Manager in Lucknow, for the Derma division, you will be tasked with implementing the medical action plan to increase prescription and recommendation. The ideal candidate should possess 3-6 years of relevant work experience as a medical representative. The job location will be in Mumbai/Delhi NCR, and prior experience in Pharma, especially in derma, is a definite advantage. Key Responsibilities: - Targeting and segmentation follow-up - Building an interactive and customized dialogue with physicians - Handling objections and obtaining prescriptions - Creating and updating physician files - Demonstrating knowledge of skin and hair physio-pathologies and the medical environment - Understanding our products and competition, including formulas and patient benefits - Developing a local medical network - Familiarity with regulatory constraints - Analyzing key performance indicators in the assigned territory - Implementing and adjusting sectoral action plans - Collaborating with Sales Representatives to build synergies - Developing Rx counter training in the point of sales Qualifications Required: - 3-6 years of relevant experience as a medical representative - Prior experience in Pharma, especially in derma, is preferred Additionally, the job requires entrepreneurship on your territory, focusing on brand Must Have projects according to the country strategy.
