Medical Representative (MR) Support

Job Title: Medical Representative Support & Coordination Executive

As MR Coordinator / MR Team Supervisor you will manage a small team of Medical Representatives (MRs), coordinate their field activities, ensure effective territory / customer coverage, support them in promotions and reporting ensuring that company sales and marketing objectives are met in your designated area.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign, schedule and coordinate field visits / calls / doctor-chemist-hospital coverage for the MR team plan daily/weekly/monthly call-visit schedules to ensure optimal coverage and minimal overlap or gaps.
• Monitor and supervise MR field activities: verify call/visit logs, ensure compliance with company guidelines, promotional practices and record-keeping/reporting standards.
• Provide on-job support and guidance: help MRs with product knowledge, doctor/pharmacist interactions, sample/product detailing, objections handling, and feedback collection.
• Review performance metrics for the team: number of visits, doctor/chemist coverage, prescriptions/orders generated, feedback reports, and reconcile with sales/orders highlight gaps and suggest remedial measures.
• Coordinate with supply-chain / stockist / distribution teams (if applicable) to ensure product availability in the territory, based on MR feedback and demand.
• Ensure training / induction of new MRs, refresh training for existing ones: product & clinical knowledge, compliance & ethics, soft-skills, reporting, territory protocols.
• Maintain consolidated records/reports for senior management: field activity summary, territory coverage status, feedback from doctors/chemists, competitor insights, product uptake, stock/availability issues.
• Act as a bridge between field team (MRs) and senior management — communicate challenges, support field-level needs (logistics, sample supply, client coverage), and implement management’s strategic direction at field level.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi.
• Good communication, coordination and organisational skills. Proactive, empathetic, detail-oriented mindset able to support others and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills comfortable with spreadsheets, CRM or order-management tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
