Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Meet doctors, pharmacists, and chemists regularly to promote and sell company products.
  • Generate prescriptions from doctors and ensure product availability at pharmacies.
  • Achieve monthly sales and prescription targets for the assigned territory.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new ones.
  • Submit daily call reports and keep management informed of market trends.
  • Participate in company meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: B.Sc / B.Pharm / Graduate in any stream (Science background preferred).
  • Experience: 2-5 years in pharmaceutical sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A two-wheeler and a valid driving license are mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented.
