Key Responsibilities: ✅ Product Promotion: Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies regularly to promote the company’s products. Demonstrate product knowledge and provide information on new launches, benefits, and usage. Conduct product detailing and give free samples where applicable. ✅ Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and market share objectives. Identify potential new customers and business opportunities within the territory. ✅ Relationship Management: Build and maintain good relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and stockists. Resolve any queries or concerns related to the products. ✅ Reporting & Market Intelligence: Prepare daily call reports and submit them to the reporting manager. Gather market feedback on competitor activities, new products, and customer needs. Suggest strategies for increasing sales and market reach. ✅ Meetings & Training: Attend monthly/quarterly meetings, training programs, and medical conferences. Continuously update knowledge on products and sales techniques
