As part of the Emergency Department at Caithness General Hospital, you will play a vital role in providing essential support to patients in need. Key Responsibilities: - Confidently interact with the public, handling telephone calls, enquiries, and using computers effectively - Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations - Willingness to work additional hours on a regular basis, including weekends, to cover staff absences Qualifications Required: - Strong communication skills and customer service orientation - Proficient in using computer systems and handling telephone communications - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Please note that this role is a permanent part-time position requiring 18.5 hours per week, in alignment with service needs.
