Key Responsibilities:

• Dispensing Medications:Pharmacists prepare and dispense medications, ensuring accuracy and appropriateness of prescriptions.
• Patient Counseling:They provide patients with information about medications, including dosage, administration, potential side effects, and interactions with other drugs.
• Drug Therapy Monitoring:Pharmacists monitor patients' medication regimens, identify potential problems, and advise on interventions to optimize therapy.
• Collaboration with Healthcare Professionals:They work with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Medication Management:This includes maintaining pharmacy inventory, ensuring proper storage and handling of medications, and adhering to regulatory compliance.
