Role & responsibilities

To ensure overall management of Medical, Occupational health and wellness services of plant location.
Effective management of all medical emergencies and injuries at workplace
Implement and execute all organizational occupational health policies and programs and to comply with all statutory OHS regulations and audit systems.
Improving employee wellness through innovative programs to increase organizational productivity and ensure business continuity in case of Pandemics/ Endemics, disasters etc.
