Job Description: We are seeking skilled and compassionate Medical Officers with an MBBS qualification to join our dynamic team at Cadabam's. As a Medical Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing medical care and support to our clients with psychiatric disorders.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting medical assessments and examinations of patients presenting with psychiatric disorders.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Prescribing appropriate medications and therapies based on patient needs and treatment goals.
• Monitoring patient progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Providing psychoeducation to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions and treatment options.
• Participating in case conferences and treatment planning meetings with other healthcare professionals.
• Ensuring compliance with medical ethics, standards of practice, and legal regulations.
• Contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives within the organization.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
• Participating in ongoing professional development activities to stay updated on advances in psychiatric medicine and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from a recognized institution.
• Valid medical license to practice in India.
• Prior experience in psychiatry or mental health settings is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to provide evidence-based medical care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in patient care.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
