Medical Officer

Role Overview: As a Resident Medical Officer (RMO), your main responsibility will be to supervise patients visiting the hospital for treatment, both as in-patients and out-patients, ensuring they receive hassle-free medical care. You will respond to emergencies, assist consultants in providing life support, perform medical examinations and diagnoses, and modify patients" diets based on their response to prescribed medication. Additionally, you will supervise the hospital, work with other RMOs to provide 24/7 services, assess urgent admissions when required, attend casualty calls, conduct daily ward rounds, and oversee the signing of claims and reimbursement documents. You will also be responsible for supervising and mentoring nurses, Group D employees, and interns, as well as recruiting junior doctors, nurses, and visiting doctors when necessary.
