Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Laboratory Technologist located in Kolkata. The Medical Laboratory Technologist will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, analysing results, maintaining quality control, and supporting laboratory medicine practices. Daily tasks include collecting and preparing samples, performing diagnostic tests, ensuring the accuracy of test results, and collaborating with medical staff to provide accurate data for patient care.

• Experience in Laboratory Medicine and Quality Control
• Solid understanding of Medicine, particularly in a laboratory setting
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in test results
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Laboratory Sciences, or a related field
• Prior experience in a healthcare laboratory is preferred
